VISA, MasterCard, Money Orders, personal or business cheques will be accepted.  However, orders paid by cheque may be delayed up to two weeks in order for the cheque to clear the bank.  SORRY, NO C.O.D. We always ship the least expensive way and in most cases we ship by Express Parcel Post.  It is less costly and as fast and efficient as courier services.  Minimum Expedited Parcel Post shipping charge is $5.50.  Locations in Ontario & Quebec 2 - 3 business days while Western and Atlantic Canada usually take 4 - 5 business days while Western and Atlantic Canada usually take 6-7 business days.

FREE and Specially Priced freight rates listed throughout the catalogue are shipped by Express Parcel Post and apply to regularly serviced areas within Canada by Canada Post.  They do not apply to Air Points ore remote isolated areas.   (Back to Top)

If you need your order in a shorter period of time we will be happy to quote you our low courier rates.  However, we do not guarantee when your order will be delivered.  We will advise you when it will be shipped, by what courier and by what method you select after that it is the responsibility of the courier.  (Back to Top)

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.  All returns must be prepaid and returned within 30 days of purchase in their original package along with the original invoice.  No invoice, No prior authorization, No refund, No exceptions.  Returns that are not our fault will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and the cost of return freight.  (Back to Top)
