VISA, MasterCard, Money Orders, personal or business cheques will be accepted.  However, orders paid by cheque may be delayed up to two weeks in order for the cheque to clear the bank.  SORRY, NO C.O.D. ORDERS.  We gratefully accept Federal, Provincial, Municipal Government and Crown Corporation and School Board purchase orders.  But they must be accompanied by a valid Purchase Order.  If in doubt, call for details.  Credit cards can only be accepted for Internet orders.(Back to Top)

All courier sized orders will be shipped via United Parcel Services (UPS), FOB our plant in Rockwood, Ontario, Canada unless other arrangements are made at the time your order is placed. UPS requires proper street addresses and complete postal zip codes. No post office box number. See courier rates. Large orders will be shipped common carrier, freight collect. Call for special U.S. rates. All our products enter the U.S. duty and taxes free under the North American Free Trade Agreement.   (Back to Top)

If you need your order in a shorter period of time we will be happy to quote you our low courier rates.  However, we do not guarantee when your order will be delivered.  We will advise you when it will be shipped, by what courier and by what method you select after that it is the responsibility of the courier.  (Back to Top)

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return it in it's original unused condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  Call for authorization.   (Back to Top)

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.  All returns must be prepaid and returned within 30 days of purchase in their original package along with the original invoice.  No invoice, No prior authorization, No refund, No exceptions.  Returns that are not our fault will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and the cost of return freight.  (Back to Top)
